so upset with myself. this is what a almost a week of not recording and not caring gets you. weight gain. it's not the number it's the principal. so time to pull up the socks, tie the shoes and hit the ground running again!
recording again starts today!!!

I agree...& if I don't plan, I am always amazed at how much I can EAT!!!! Craziness!

I was unwittingly eating about 4,000-5,000 calories in aday and maybe even more before I started tracking. It didn't even SEEM like that much to me but without any care or regard to portion size or wise choices I was really packing on pounds. The good thing is you only had a bad week, and you are up to the challenge of gettng back straight this week. It's a new month which always seems ot inspire something within me. I hope you have made the best of it! :) Missed you and your posts Pam! xoxo
