Yeah. My back is starting to feel better and I guess whatever fluids I was retaining went their merry way and I've been getting back into making better food decisions and tracking my food and exercise. Now hopefully this back thing will sort itself out quickly. My horoscope is calling for love... and so how much better can things get.
