Down 5#. I'm trying to intentionally fast at least (more is fine) 13 hours from evening meal to breakfast, and that seems to be working well. I've eliminated soda and I've been keeping track of everything eaten. I have not added any exercise yet, I'll give my first few steps some time to get more consistent.
I can only control my own reaction to any given situation.
