I think my new exercise routine (walking 40 minutes in the morning for 7 days a week and 30 minutes in the evening for 5 days a week) is helping me lose weight easier. I was only walking 30 minutes in the evening for five days a week and my weight was fluctuating constantly. The hardest part of losing weight is being consistent with my exercise routine. It was easier for me to stop eating junk food (I junk food!) than to exercise.

On the upside, I have the rest of the day free to enjoy a day with sunshine☼ instead of rain☂. I hope everyone has a great day.

Walking after lunch is easier for me, then I walk again after dinner on most days. Good for you exercising twice a day! Congrats on the weight loss!
