I am very happy with the weight I saw on my scale today. I have been increasing my workout routine and I am limiting my sugar intake. I am also learning to workout out more inside now that the weather is rainy and gloomy. Right now I am starting a 45 minute "walk at home" program that is really making me sweat! I need to keep exercising no matter the weather. I hope everyone has a great day and a great week.
