So glad I survived yesterday. I'm gonna stick with it. I know it's not gonna easy, but it is something that I really want. I have a very slight headache this morning in my left temple, hopefully water will get rid of it.

This is what they called "Keto Flu." Make sure you are getting enough sodium in your body. Can buy Chicken Bouillion Cubes to drink in between meals to keep your levels up. Hoping you are also taking the vitamin/minerals tablet too.

After about the 3-4 days, you should start feeling your normal self. Your body is adjusting to the new way of eating. Get some sleep if you can and you should be feeling better shortly.

Thank you for the advice. Yes I'm taking a multi vitamin and yesterday I have a little over 3k sodium, I was reading something about 5k should be the goal? I have high blood pressure but no longer taking my meds, as I feel it is poison. Monitoring it daily at home though and eating fresh garlic. This is my main motivation for losing weight.

Whoa! Do not stop your B/P meds unless the doctor has instructed you too, a stroke is nothing to play around with. Please continue your B/P Meds until you make an appointment with the doctor and he tells you different. I want you to be around, so I can cheer you on to your new weight loss.
