I am feeling tons of frustration over not losing! I have been exercising with Zumba no less than twice a week and my diet has really improved. Why am I not losing???

You have lost a pound in the last week. It might not be fast, but you are losing. When you weigh daily, you expect the scale to change more often, lol! Are your clothes feeling more loose? When you begin an exercise program, your muscles can retain water for a bit to help them heal. This can show on the scale as no loss, smaller loss than usual or even a temporary gain. It goes away. Things like sodium, stress,sickness, medications etc. can all mask our losses by having us retain water. Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weigh fluctuations. If your diet is on track, then the scale will eventually catch up. You can also see fat loss/inches before the scale moves. I had a friend go down in sizes but stay the same on the scale for a bit.
