So I've decided I'm going to give low carb eating another try. I really really really hate to give up my baked potatoes (think I'm gonna cry). But hopefully it will be temporary. Not only am I going to eat low carb, I'm also sticking to me intermittent fasting. Fasting will def help me to control my carbs. It will be really easy to consume 20 carbs or below today.

As for exercise, I'm gonna be taking belly dancing lessons. Can't wait!!!

With the way my big belly jiggles up and down, my belly doesn't need any lessons. hahahaha, Slowly but surely, it's shrinking though. Hey, good luck with your journey!
