Yes, I cut a lot of things I used to eat from my diet. I'm keto but I do bend the rules just a tiny bit every now and then. I pay the most attention to serving sizes. Logging food is a must. Walk daily and drink a ton of water (alternating clear water with either lemon or lime water whenever I get tired of water). I try to walk at least a mile or 2 every day so my weight will continue to drop at 1200 calories a day.
