Like a yo-yo, was to be expected in my situation... can't complain it's the same ol... haven't had time to record anythiny latley... this full time School is kickin my butt... I did workout one time this week. I'm working on findind a way to put all into one day... any suggestions who be so appreciated!!!
Love and miss my buddies so much! I am having a hard time learning to read and comprehend things!!! Any tips would be greatly appreciated

I have a stationary bike so I put books or magazines over the monitor while I ride. Before you know it you are a chapter down and you have completed a 45 to 60 minute workout. Your endorphin's are up and you have energy to burn.

That would be great! I have an incumberent (sp?)but nothing there to rest a book on.., I tried holding it up but the books are huge and I need to take notes too... I'm afraid to fall back into my lazy habits and gain it all back,,,, will see about getting a better schedule to follow that will allow both :)
