.2 lbs. this week. This month has been a bust. My pneumonia is finally clearing though and I finished the Prednisone, so the cravings are going away, finally. Hopefully, next month will be a LOT better.

Oh, Stef! It was so beautiful today. The temperature was perfect with a slight breeze. I was out all day cleaning up my patio area and planting herbs and tomatoes. It's supposed to be cool and rain for the next 3 or 4 days, but today was perfect. I'm pretty much past the pneumonia and half way through my second round of antibiotics. The prednisone has finally worn off, so I'm getting back to my regular food routine. All is right with the world. I hope you are in a good space too!
