This is a nice bit of progress. I'm not making quite the pace I was at the beginning of the year, but every ounce down the hill counts.

expecting a loss everytime you get on the scales can be a let down...even though the scales arent showing the progress, mabye its showing in how your clothes fit...or how you feel ...as long as you stay on track and focused...the weight does come off...

You've done so well! And it's awesome you're still losing. Every time I don't lose a lot, I just remind myself how far I've come! I'm only 36 lbs down, and still have 100 to go but I feel a lot better than I did 6 months ago, and am a lot healthier (I think), so that keeps me motivated for sure!

I know, loosinisfun. It can be frustrating. But I keep plugging away. Controlling what I eat, exercising regularly, keeping myself disciplined. It isn't easy. Still, it works. Brandy, it takes effort and discipline. I admire you for getting started. Those first few dozen pounds are difficult, and it can look very daunting, but if you stay determined you'll get there.
