Well, this was my first holiday on the PSMF diet, and I am proud of my wife and I. We made it. Fresh fruit, fried foods, homemade desserts, and we were able to stay away from all of it by snaking on veggies and almonds to keep ourselves full.

We are 62 days into the PSMF diet. I am down less than two pounds this week but I am still down @50lbs since the start, so I am very happy. This week, I want to complete my Jefit Beginner's Workout and start a new habit of exercising. Our doctors tell us that as we workout more, we may gain muscle which will cause our weight to go back up. First, I will smile if I actually can identify a muscle from all of this fat. Second, I am not sure how I will feel about my weight going back up.

We are just over 40 days away from the start of the next school year. Can I reach 299 in 40 days? Let's see how close I can get.
