Getting back on track! I was the heaviest today that I have been in a while, despite my attempt to eat more "living" foods. I need to cut the alcohol and bad weekend eating out and get back on the exercise kick!
This was my weight when I started P90X last fall. I am in better shape now than then, but I am still not where I want to be.
Summer is coming, and I want a white, skimpy bikini!!!!
