My weight is still fluctuating so I have decided to lower my sodium intake and see if that will help. Losing weight is so hard, but I love the challenge!

Don't forget to take into consideration it's summer, we drink more, retain more. And salt doesn't help. I confess to being an addict. Eat potato chips. Not for the potatoes. Don't like them. It's the salt. Well, that was a NSV, wasn't it? Admitting my addiction to chips is for the salt only. Gotta' put that one in my journal.
