I bought a new scale. Digital, finally. I think much of my gain can be attributed to a difference in scale calibration. Some of it is on me, been a crazy month. Birthday parties and bar b qs. Time to really buckle down and get back on track. Excited to have a decent scale now. Its encouraging. Is it bad when you reward your weight loss efforts with a scale? Whatever, I like it.
