Yes! I am at a new lowest weigh-in! About time, too! :) It has been a rough ride these last weeks - it seems that every time I was almost at a new lowest weigh-in, I would mysteriously gain. However, this time I made it! Of course, I have been talking some pretty long walks the last two days. And I have been doing good with both food and water. Most of it I do every day, but most days I don't get to walk. These days I am off from work and the weather is amazing, so it is really a motivator. The weather rocks again today - maybe I should squeeze in another walk? :) I will wait a bit for the temperature to come up (it's still pretty cold in the morning) and then go do it! :)
