It's been a pretty good week! I had been losing weight for months before I came back to this site to track my food intake and exercise, so eating well and exercising was hardly new to me. But I feel more accountable, deliberate and precise in my actions, instead of always eyeballing ingredients and mentally estimating calories consumed and burned throughout the day. This has helped me take things to the next level and I'm less than 15 lbs away from my goal!
I'm also glad I stayed off the scale for 5 days. Those little +/- 0.0 or 0.1 lbs. fluctuations are annoying and frustrating. I haven't planned exactly when I'll weigh in next, but I'm confident that when I do (some time in the coming week), the scale will be moving in the right direction.
