Hey! I’m back after a hiatus and look who gained 10lbs since about October…ugh 😅
The holidays + bday + trips and a breakup will do it. As an emotional eater during major life-shifting situations , I’m glad it’s not more but at the same time…we gotta buckle down haha

I’m going to try Rebel Wilson’s viva Mayr approach and 6 day a week workouts 👏🏼🥳

Hello. I read your bio. You sure are so pretty too! One bit of advice coming from a type 2 diabetic, is when I lost 54 pounds (took 1 year eating in a slight deficit- now eating in maintenance) I’m eating primarily whole foods, and this has reversed the diabetes, no meds after 6 months of eliminating sugar and processed junky foods. I weigh and measure everything I eat. CICO matters for me and I thought it would be annoying to do the calorie counting and weighing and measuring but now it’s a normal part of my life that has helped me re-gain my control over food! Also, I completely stopped drinking ALCOHOL which is bad for people w diabetes. Alcohol wreaks havoc on your body in so many ways like high it’s in calories, raises blood sugar and hard on the liver and kidneys, and more. I’m 55 and was mentally ready to quit drinking to help manage my diabetes and overall health. Might not have been so ready in my younger years lol!! My granddaughters and family are my why. I want to be a healthier version of me to role model for them and just to be more active w them! 🩵💜🩷🩵🤍🩷 Just thought I’d share. Have a good weekend! :)
