Got a taste of the 150's for a week there and looking like I'm heading that way again. Been busy busy busy but still manageing to get in some excersising. Feel like I'm starving today so will need to be careful.( Easy to do with hardly any food in the house.) Hope my buddies are going just great and will catch up as soon as I can! :)

Good for you for sticking to your exercise program! And try some light butter popcorn when you feel hungry. 220 Calories a bag and it is actually enough for two. Have your honey join you.

Think I will get the light version next time to save on those cals. and to see if anybody else even notices the change, lol from the movie theater brand. OI love playing those types of tricks on the fam now and them just to make a point :)
