I cant believe I let my weight get back up, Iam disgusted with myself

just move on from here. it doens't help to be disgusted. today is a fresh day.

you surely aren't the only one. it happens, it's happened to me several times. jump on it before it all comes back. I have to get back to it tomorrow or I will be so sorry and disgusted with myself for the 5th or 6th time. I keep telling myself, I know how to lose, I know how to gain, I do not know how to maintain. ( I know how, just not good at it ) lol. Let's jump back into this together ;)

Yep you aren't alone. I don't know why I didn't stop myself after all the hard work I out it in the first time. I pray I don't get complacent after a few years...

it happened to me to, i weight 72, got down to 62 and went ight back up to 72, i refused to stop and know i weigh 60! JUST KEEP GOING!!!

Good luck! Take it one day at a time. You can do it again. Your health depends on it.

you really do have to just concentrate on one day at a time. Just focus on what you eat today, not tomorrow or yesterday. Exercise always alleviates some of my guilt when I eat badly.
