Not sure what went on this week !! followed my weight loss plan the whole week, and gained almost a Lb.
87.7 公斤 最近减少: 0 公斤.    还有: 10.6 公斤.    饮食准则: 100%.
一星期增加0.4 公斤

Is it that time of the month? Did you start new activity? Drink your water? Too much sodium? Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight fluctuation. Make sure you are eating the right amount of calories. Be active. It's most likely water weight. Tracking your food helps you see what is going on with many things. You can see if you need more protein, eating too much sodium, etc.
