God, MORE yo-yo'ing? Really? I need to reach a new low soon, this is so damn de-motivational. Not about to give up or anything, but it is frickin' frustrating. It's almost two weeks since my last lowest weigh-in. I am doing okay, and I have no idea what the hell is going on. End of rant. On a more positive not, today might be a good day to go walking. I will try to put in a couple of miles of exercise, and get out there and do something. Maybe THAT will get my metabolism going. Also, in todays news, the cat left me a little gift by my laptop this morning. Completely lost my appetite. NO breakfast for me. :/ Hope I can catch up on those calories later. Well, I am sure I can. Trouble is, the body doesn't fully start burning calories until we start to eat. That's why it's a bad idea to skip breakfast. Anyways, today I am sleepy, moody, and REALLY irritated with the cat. I am hungry but have no appetite. I wonder how that will affect me throughout the day. I hope life still proves to be good. So far, a pretty shitty start. Sorry guys, NOT in a good mood today. Let's count on tomorrow being better.
