Protein up, Calories down. Carb cycling again this week. Doing a "low" period for 1-2 weeks around 1800 calories per day.
I will re-evaluate as necessary after that point. So far, I am increasing on most of my muscle building exercises. Biceps appear to be the only thing on me that fatigue faster than the rest of my body. Which is weird to me... I thought it would be something like my pecs, but the pecs seem to take a massive beating as tiny as they are. Growing rapidly on everything. Slowly for biceps...
My biceps are just late to the party XD XD
