Starting over for the 10,000th time. For the past month or so, I’ve been doing a lot of mindless eating-stress, emotional, boredom-whatever it is, I was out of control. What’s weird is the scale wasn’t going up much so I kept eating crap. What did change was my body-I lost muscle mass, became softer and my clothes weren’t fitting as they used to. This has been a pattern for years now-tracking for a little bit, seeing a few pound loss, getting discouraged and going back to the bad habits from before. This time around, I decided to combine tracking with a new weight loss pill called Plentity. I just started yesterday. It wasn’t cheap-but claims that taking 3 capsules 2x a day before meals will help you lose weight. The caveat if you will is you need to combine with diet and exercise. Even if it’s just placebo effect, and I just eat better-I’ll lose weight. I’m going to give this the old college try, and stick to this for more than a week. Good luck me!
