Up 3.5 this week but was expecting it. I'm like a yo-yo anyways besides this expected gain this week. Hasn't been a great week. I'm slowly getting myself back in gear. The recent change in meds and personal crap got in the way this week taking my focus off of the task at hand. Should be back up and running at a good pace here within the next couple days. Haven't been on alot latley so will be doing some catching up with my buddies too. Hope everyone is doing TERRIFIC!!!! ;)
