Was so hoping for a loss this week. My scale just won't budge. But this week will try, try, try again.

How are you clothes fitting? How do you feel? I don't know if you watch Biggest Loser, but they have weeks where they hardly lose anything and then all of sudden they have a drop. You hang in there!

Weirdangel - sorry I sounded so negative. I feel great and I've been strutting aound in my size 12 jeans like a teenager! One pound every other weeks is normal for me. Thanks for the encouragement.
