I am having my third breast surgery March 2nd. A oncoplastic reduction to fix the divet the tumour removal causes. The total weight was 38g from the cancer breast so far.
I’m not trying to lose weight before surgery. I’m trying to eat a normal amount of calories but make sure I have lots of protein for healing. I prepped for surgery by cooking some chilli and lasagna for me to eat in the next week after surgery. I might make a few more things possibly tomorrow.
