OMG!!!! OMG!!!! OMG!!!! I am in shock that I hit the 150's!!! I haven't been eating healthy at all, mostly sugar but staying close to my RDI. ( I did actually finally empty out my bowels, which I'm sure helped ) I also cheated a couple times, going way past my food window, so am surprised tha this happened. I am expecting to go back up next week though as my body is like a yo-yo, never knowing if it will be up or down. I honestly seem to drop weight on the weeks that I didn't following my plan closley.

Today is my cheat day!!! Looking foward to a nice dinner tonite with my husband and son. I won't go too crazy though!!!
