First day back at the gym in five months. First time at 330 since I set it as a goal. Now 310 is the next. I have to only eat 1400 calories per day and excercise 500 calories per day ... so it is 1400 in and 1900 out. Just passing this info ... I am like the farmer. I know how to farm but sometimes I just can not produce the goods.

3500 calories is One Pound of FAT!
