Ate whatever I wanted while we were at the beach and I don't feel bad about it. I'm going to resume where I left off. Less sugar, rice, and bread. Strolled with the dog for about 30 minutes this morning. It was too hot and muggy to go fast.
It was therapeutic to be out of town for a few days. We finally feel like we got a real break. All we ate was seafood, fruit, and breakfast foods like pancakes and beignets.
