You need a man to treat you and take you shopping and watch the step count go up and up. That will burn a few calories 😉😉

Yes 8 weeks my little boy is and I have been a little stressed these last few weeks too..

Becky eating the right amount of calories, exercise and everything else we do all works to get but firstly you have to get your mindset or your fighting battle start by not being so hard on yourself having a baby is always hard but it will all come together in the end and when anyone offers to help take it even if just to sit along without anyone else around.
