So, I back slid. This was only my 2nd week, but it was mine and a friend's birthdays on two different days last week. I ate lots of pizza and cake, drank and went out for lunch. Also, it's been raining here, so I haven't been out to walk. I'm back on track this morning and plan to be very stringent.
