I'm running a little behind. I haven't been as strict on my diet lately but I have been doing more physical activity. been spending a lot of time outside swimming and walking- sweating! It is so hot this summer! On the flip side, my skin looks great! I have been keeping a journal of my measurements since I started this journey. Last night I weighed myself and was upset that I hadn't lost any more weight. So I measured myself and to my surprise I have lost about 1 1/2 inches all over. That made me super excited!! Noticing that my body changes is strange because not everyone can see it. So even when I am excited and mention it people just smile knowing they can't tell the difference. But today I worked out in a fitted tank top and I wasn't lumpy! My husband even checked me out and that doesn't happen often. at least that I recognize anyway. So overall the results are happening even if I am not being as strict as I was. its a good day!
