Started tamoxifen feb 2nd, 2022
I’m almost 1 year at 140ish pounds….well I put on 4lbs recently so I guess I can’t say a 1 year weight loss. Haha. I’m going to try to lose this 4lbs before it gets away on me.
I had surgery on the 24th to remove more cancer from the margins of my breast, am on Herceptin and now started tamoxifen. I guess we will see what it means for my weight.
I still intermittent fast. I don’t eat breakfast unless my body is needing it- I do try to listen to my body when it seems like I need food- especially while healing from surgeries.
I am trying to get into walking on the treadmill again, but it’s only been 10 days since I had my second breast surgery so it was a little sore after yesterday on the treadmill.
