Doesn't sound to me like you've blown your diet at all, you're just living life, each day is different and we adjust as we go. You're making good and steady progress, that's a win in my book, nice job!

I think that what you consider "blowing it" might actually be the secret to your weight loss! Check out my journal entry today! Only by "mixing up" my calories was I able to get past a weight slump. Please comment when you read it. I don't mean cheating every other day, however. It helps to mix it up on workout days, especially. Go read it.
