Been working hard to keep up with the journalling. I find that when I don't journal thats when the slips start creeping in. I am down this week but this weekend is going to be hard as I am heading off to my neices wedding. Say a prayer. No matter what celebration it is my health is the same as always. My health does not take the time off. So I can't.
