totally depressed!! just cannot get out of this 66kg bracket! monday 66.3, friday 65.7, monday 66.5!! WTF!!!

having a bad morning... wondering why i bother!!

My skinfold measurements total 123mm which amounts roughly to 36%. This is about 4% over the healthy range of between 21% and 32%.

:( still feel lik every step forward i take i seem to take 5 steps back!!

It's hard ... But don't give up! Maybe try to eliminate sauces such as Chutney & Tomato Sauce - it's a small change but those sauces contain lost of sugar and added ingredients, which when removed might give you a little nudge in the right direction? Try small things, it makes it a little easier to adapt and might make a big difference ! Good Luck!

also true... but i am trying to adapt a lifestyle i can maintain once i have lost the weight. i use those to cook some of my meals... i think i am too often on the scale too!!

I know, it's hard to stay consistent and create a maintainable lifestyle! Yep, try to weigh only once a week or once every 2 weeks. When I feel bloated of "Fat" I rather stay away from the scale as I know it will just affect my mood in a negative way... pick a day and ONLY weigh on that day no matter what! Ask someone to hide the scale and only give it to you on that day, I know it's hard to stay away from it yourself sometimes! Good Luck :)

so i did it. i weighed myself this morning, for the last time this week. from now on i will only weigh on mondays, because i know im bound to be my heaviest then. :) i think i was pretty bloated and stuff too... this higher protein/lower carb (+fibre) thing is causing havoc with my morning loo routine. have a great day today ladies

Get yourself some magnesium capsules... my stomach has given me issues for years and sometimes I would be stuffed up for a week... but since I've been taking the magnesium - no matter what my diet is, I stay regular.
