I am a little tired and depressed am I glad I have not gained any thing :/

Tis the season (Spring sadness seems to be spreading like wildfire)! Take joy in the fact that you've not gained. And for people like us, who seem to gain even when we think about food too long, that is a major accomplishment! Stay the course and we are all rooting for you, Pete. :D

awww so sorry you are both down. for me spring is an amazing time. planting, working in my yard, getting out in the sun, watching things grow after winter just renews me.

Oh, WholeFoodNut, I'm fine (just responding to some posts over the last few days where "the blues" seemed to be circling the air). Of course, I have my down days like anyone else, but today's not it. We're all here encouraging you, Pete! :D Be well, my friend.

Luc2 , glad you are doing ok. Going into winter my moods swing down. Vitamin D seems to help and valerian for a good nights sleep.
