Feeling tired of being on a diet.... I have been off and on the hhcg drops and P2 protocol for a few months now. I have lost 15 pounds with some ups and downs in there that I did not record... I gained 7 on vacation and lost it all again, then gain another 5 over this past weekend and I am in the process of losing that again.
My problem with the gains has been that I didn't move into P3 protocol and leave out the starches and sugars. In fact - i ate as many as I could!
I would love to lose at least another 10 pounds before I stop, but I am definitely feeling tired of being on this thing. I know when I stop the drops i have to be committed to leaving out of my starches and sugars for another 3 weeks. I know I can do it!! I just don't know if i want to... Hopefully I will feel different tomorrow.
