I don't know if this is just water weight or what, but I'm really starting to get mad at myself for lapsing for those two weeks.

I have absolutely GOT to get with the program and stop slacking off and eating cheat foods so much on the weekends.

Going to try going low carb, or at least limit my intake to 100g/day at the very most.

In the world of sports, I've heard that the best athletes are those with the shortest memories - they learn from their mistakes but don't dwell on them. I would recommend the same here, along with achievable goals. I know everyone's life is different, so is maintaining less than 100g of carbs/day achievable? that's a question only you can answer. Whatever you do and how you do it, keep up the good work. Your weight chart reflects your hard work. Keep going.
