Fluctuation, how I hate thee!
Another day with a little weight gain. I do think that the REALLY low weigh-in the other day was a water-balance fluke. I weighed in correctly though, so I think it was correct to register it. However, I think it has now become more a goal to reach again than it is a mission accomplished.
Doesn't change the fact that I consider myself having lost 40 kgs. :)

Monday, monday, monday. I am tired, and in no way motivated to go to work. Just wanna go back to bed and sleep, sleep, sleep. However, I know once I get going that life is good. :)

Keep up the good work! Don't get to hard on yourself, but don't go to easy either, squeeze in another workout, you will be losing again in no time!
