right then, lets go rip some muscles fibres to hell..then eat eat eat... but at this time of year is when so many people jump into bed with a health plan without thinking it through, and more pressure from around then to take it on then really an inner drive or willing from themselves, which can do more harm than good... I always tell family and friends to simple learn to eat less, and listen to your body, and not over eat, portion sizes have increased beyond what it should be...all down to that lovely television...
