I was so rigid with my diet this week, I am surprised I only lost 1 lb. I truly ate only 1200 cal/day. I guess I need to be better about getting to the gym. It was a busy week and I only got there twice. That said, at 1200 cals, I still expected more of a change, especially since I had been eating about three times that daily.

Sometimes we don't see this weeks efforts till next week or later on the scale. So you may see a nice loss next week. It's strange how the body works. Stay consistent and keep going. It will show on the scale.
