still chuggin along.... Choo Choo. I've lost this same 5 pounds no less than 20 times.... I just can't seem to get into the 140's. It's always something. Holidays, disappointment, fear, other negative emotions. I admit I do have a fear about having a "normal" body again and getting unwanted sexual attention from men. Being overweight brought all that to a grinding halt and I appreciated being to fat to be flirted with. Thoughts? This is very hard to admit so please be kind with your remarks. I'm being incredibly vulnerable here.
