19.6% body fat still. the bad eating on the trip and yesterday's cheese cake threw me off a bit. I'll do a fat flush tomorow which should eliminate half a pound of fat.
Today is carb-up day, the TSPA method of refilling your glycogen stores. It's a fun day because I'm allowed to drink some of my calories in the form of kombucha or juice that I normally don't have the carbs to afford. Also, I can eat things like the bagel I'm having with lunch or the cereal I had for breakfast.
Good leg day workout. Wasn't really feeling it on the squats, so I didn't go very low and kept the weight manageable. I don't think my back was really awake yet, even after warm-up. I hit the other exercises hard, though. New high in calf raises today.
