One of my challenges, Cut Calories to the Curb, is 1300 calories a day with a mini challenge of 20 minutes of elevated heart rate. After I finished the first week, I looked at my armband data and the week BEFORE the challenge started, I was doing only 6 minutes of elevated heart rate a day on average. I have stepped it up to get my heart elevated 20 minutes a day!

I love the challenges as long as the word 'no' isn't involved - LOL - I seem to have a rebel in me that has earned me my 'serial challenge failer' badges.
