I was sure I would have dropped another pound by today, but the scale seems stuck. I'm pretty sure it's because I had the insanely salty ramen bowl yesterday and not enough water to flush all the sodium from my system, so I'm a little bloated. Easy to fix that today, a little more water and an extra mile or two of walking.
I haven't been sleeping well since I was ill. That may be playing a part as well, as I'm too logy to really go all out in the workouts. Still, I'm doing what I can. Even if it doesn't all happen at the pace I want, I just need to keep working at it.
