Gained back a pound this week but sure don't see how? I have been sticking to everything I planned this week which I usually screw up so who knows? I have found that the scale does fuuny things, lol

It's hard to tell based on one day I've found. Consistency is what you want. Also, the resistance training will increase your metabolism. Have a good Friday.
