All the goals I made for myself last week I was able to achieve. I thought I was almost over the cold crud that I caught on Thursday then my son came home with a sore throat and a cough which he got over in 3 days and then passed it back to me. We had such a busy weekend I didn’t even consider logging my food due to being out and eating out, it was my oldest daughter’s performance weekend for the musical The Adams Family. This week the goal is to get 3 workouts of some kind in, I will see what I can do since this cold just keeps dragging me down with fatigue.
